Plastic vacuum forming
Manufacture is focused on plastic mouldings intended for the automotive and electronic industries, logistics, advertising articles to promote sales and the manufacture of plastic packaging – blisters.
Plastic forming and materials used
Materials which are processed are ABS, PS, PVC, PP, ACRYL, POLYCARBONATE and others, with various surfaces, colours and thicknesses. Products ranging from films 0.2 mm thick to boards 10 mm thick are processed on vacuum machines for a size of up to 2,000 x 1,000 x 450 mm or 1,700 x 1,200 x 500 mm.
Milling and moulding plastics
Our manufacture also includes the manufacture of milled or casted moulds made of duralumin, aluminium or resin. Mouldings are machined on 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines. These machines enable to mill various parts with the dimensions 2,000 x 1,000 x 500 mm. In addition, our manufacture includes bending and sticking plastics and assembling with other types of materials if need be, e.g.:
- manufacture of cosmetic stands
- advertising articles
- crates
- and other technical parts
